Hello All [afro2],

I have created a report for all conference participants. The information is drawn from a query that I have created.

Now how do I filter (or mark) participants who have registered for a particular workshop. I want them to be able to stand out from the list of all participants.

How do I do this? With a filter? I am working on a project right now and need help ASAP. Thanks.

Assuming that you want a separate report and assuming that your table has a REGISTERED Y/N field, you can make a second query based on your first with the REGISTERED field and it's CRITIERA row set to Y.

Make a copy of your first report and make the source the new query. This will be a report of only those folks registered.

If you're looking to modify the existing report so that you have a REGISTERED and NON-REGISTERED sections on the same report, you would still need to have the REGISTERED Y/N field in your table, but don't set a CRITERIA in the query.

In the report, group/sort on the REGISTERED field and then possibly sort by name, etc. Turn on the GROUP HEADER for the REGISTERED field, and when you generate the report your REGISTERED participants will be listes alphabetically first and then in another section, your NON-REGISTERED participants will list alphabetically.

Hope this helps.
