How do I fi nd out if out CMS are synched?

We have a CMS v11 in HA CMS configuration (Primary & Secondary Servers).

I understand that both servers collect the data independantly and that we have to manually synch them.

Does anybody know of a command/tool that I can run either at the command line or via CMS Supervisor (I'm not fussy!!!) that will tell me if the servers are synched and if not what days/intervals need to be synched?
