How do I fast forward & rewind music in Flash 5??

Can someone tell me if it's possible to create a fast forward/rewind slider for audio in flash 5? So far the only tutorials that I found on these audio controls are for Flash MX! Anyone know how to do it or if it's just impossible? thanks.
