How do I extract a recipients list from exch 2003?

Sorry about this but I cannot find a straight answer on the web. I need to extract a list of our users and email addresses to send to another division of our company. This will be a once off as we will be automating it. I am just not sure how to, it was so easy in exch 5.5. If sbdy could give me a step by step that would be super.
