I use Crystal Enterprise version 8 and I can export the undrilled down transactions but when I do drill down the export button disappears. How do I get it to stay on???

I believe that this functionality started in CE 9.

This is an issue with the ActiveX and maybe even the Java viewer. If you use the HTML viewer, the export button is available to you when you drill down. The only cavaet is that you can't print the report in the HTML viewer unless you export to PDF first, then print from the Adobe viewer.
