I am wondering how I can use my contact information that I have in my outlook 2000 to print envelopes in word 97. I would think there is a way to export it out of outlook2K and import it into word97 but I can't figure out how to do it. Thanks!
It is all done in Word 97, the simple chart is this,
from Word 97, Tools => Mail Merge to open Mail merge and chose the type of Document you are going to use, such as Form letter or Envelops, then click the 'Data Source' select 'use address book...', the rest of the step you should be able to figure out what to use for mailing,
(note: in some cases, word 97 do not convert outlook 2k contact data very well and might be crash during data convertion)
