I am interested in a way to export the complete set of data from the Resource Usage view. This would include the window on the left with the Resource Name, Task Name, Work and other columns I may add, as well as the table on the right that has the data by wee (or month).
I would like it in an excel, or csv format. I am familary with VBA for excel so if I need to use VBA that would be fine.
Thanks.

Julie,
Thank you for this, I will work on it over the next few days, but this looks very promissing.

Julie,
I have successfully exported a row of dates and then rows of Resources and their allocation on those dates. I did that by using the ActiveProject.Resources(j).TimeScaleData command.

I would like to wrap that with another TimeScaleData to do the associated tasks, but am struggling with the structure to get the tasks to increment.
Do you know of a good forum where more technical question on VBA fpr Project can be posted? I am more than willing to share my code..
Alternatively, I could extrace the tasks associated with each resource but am not able to fine the right structure.

Thanks.

Thanks, Once I can create an account, I will post a query there. Thanks again.
