How do I execute a MS SQL Server 7.0 stored procedure in crystal reports??

Click options in the data explorer and check stored procedures.

Now just point to the stored procedure as a data source.

I also need to pass params to the stored proc what do I do with them

They'll automatically show up in the report, you don't need to do a thing, in fact, you're limited to what you can do...

Have you tried to create a report based on the SP yet? Try it.

As soon as you use the SP as a datasource, the Crystal Report will automatically build whatever parameters are in your SP.
