How do I enter new Keycode for OTM licenses

I have recieved my new keycodes for my TN licensing on my OTM. Ver 2.2.
How do I input this keycode to reflect the 3000 TN's licenses I have now purchased?

Just insert the OTM 2.2 installation CD into the OTM Server. Follow the "Install/Upgrade" path for "Standalone" type of installation. When you are prompted for keycodes, enter the new keycodes. The system will recognize that you are changing keycodes and give you your new limits after the keycodes are entered.

My CD for OTM (licensed with 800 lines) is cracked!!! Does anyone have a copy of OTM 1. that I could use, or any version that might work? I am willing to make an effort get it working. I am trying to install it on a newer computer but the CD is damaged. Please help if you can!
