How do I enlarge menu and pallet text size?

Lately, I installed Illustrator (CS3) on a new computer. The menu and pallets are tiny for my tired eyes. How can I change the type size for better "accessibility." [ponder] I tried searching a few place but only found info about "text size."
Thanks in advance for any help.
