How do I enable the company directory on a Startalk Mini?

I can not seem to find a global enable for the company directory. Unlike a Flash, it doesn't appear under Feature 983 option 4.
When dialling up the auto attendant doesn't give the option and pressing # gives an error.
The mailboxes are setup with company directory entries.
Usual problem - no manual :-(

It may not be available. I thought the mini didn't even have AA.

It does have AA and the Directory, but am not sure if it is internal only or not. Do a Feature 980 and see if you get a "DIR" prompt on the left soft key. I will test this more for you when I get some lines freed up.

Thanks for the replies.

F980 only gives the "QUIT" option on the right soft key when prompting for the mailbox number. The software version number is 2.4L and it is a BT badged unit if this helps.

The Star Talk Mini does have a directory. You may have a software problem. If all mailboxes are set for directory, you should be able to access it.
