How do I enable the audio on my Windows 2000 domain?

I manage a domain in a Windows 2000 environment. And the audio is greyed out on all the servers. Even as any admin I get nothing. Normaly this wouldn't even be an issue, but we have two Citrix servers and the users are going to start watching training videos through their Citrix connections. However, the audio options are all greyed out. How do I fix this?
Thanks,

Moody

Starting with the obvious - have you installed the sound drivers on your server?

Also, I seem to remember there being an "enable sound" checkbox on one version of Citrix Metaframe I used once, but that was many years ago and it's all just a vague blur now :(
