How do I enable NAT on Netgear FSV318?

First, let me apologize if I'm asking an overly simplified question, but I can not for the life of me find this in the Netgear documentations.

A client is trying to transmit mri and ct scans to a radiology group. the client is on a 192.168.0.x network and the radiologist is receiving on a 192.168.109.x network. I need to NAT the 192.168.0.x network over to the 192.168.109.x network to complete the connection.

How do I enable NAT on the Netger FSV318?

You need a static route, not NAT.

Thanks, that's exactly what I thought, but the Network Admin at the Radiology office is insisting it has to be NAT. I have created a static route, but keep getting an error when I look at the log...here's what I'm seeing:

That's VPN connectivity output...perhaps be a bit more clear on the topology, and how everything connects (like site-to-site vpn)...

The 192.168.109.0/24 subnet needs to know about the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet via a static route, and the 192.168.0.0 has to know how to get to the 192.168.109.0 subnet, also via a static route. No translation has to occur.
