Developing a web site (1st time, ugh) from which to sell Access mde programs. Is there a download command in HTML, VB, or JavaScript?

Most of my customers are faxing a pdf order form, with PO, and sales exempt form, so I don't need to worry about electronic money and product transfer, yet. But I sure would like to know how to give potential customers the trial version instantly by downloading it from my site.

I just spent 2 hours reading 30 JavaScript tutorials without luck. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Generally all you should have to do is provide the file name as the HREF in a <A> tag. Depending on the type of file it will either open in a new window or the user will be prompted to open or save it. As long as your file is not one the browser knows how to open, it should work.
