I can access the call server via my WAN interface and via dial up; but I can't get to my signaling server. Any suggestions on how to reenable my network access? Both of my virtual ports TTY 14 & 15 show disabled when I status them in OVL 37 and since they are virtual, I can't enable them using the "enl tty XX" command. HELP!!

virtual tty always show disabled.. you can't change that but they work in that state

Thanks John Pool!

You are partly right. A virtual TTY only shows disabled when not in use. The problem in my case was that some fool in IT changed my ip address and didn't bother to tell me. Once I figured out what they changed it to, I learned that if you are logged in to a Succsession via browser, the TTY port shows enabled until you end your session.

Using TTY 0, you should be able to FORC the user off the active PTY.

A PTY port is enable only when it's in use(a user is using it)

i've seen that happen before, otm held up each ptty untill the user had to hard boot the switch to every get back in..
start run cmd ping xx.xxx.xxx.xxx (the switch ip)will tell you if your new ip is on the right network.. may have to change switch ip address or network people
