How do I embed text in quarkxpress 4.0 (mac)?

Do I need to embed text in QuarkXpress 4.0 as the printer doesn't have one of my fonts? If so what do I do?

You can send the font files along with your QXD file or you could use Adobe Acrobat Distiller to create a PDF: a single file that includes everything your printer will need.

You might want to look for your print utility application and download the fonts to the printer before printing.

When you go into the print window check the box that says Printer then select the menu bar that has General and pull down the Save as box and check include all fonts.
