How do I email On Condition? 1

I am running on Maximo 5.2 & Actuate 7.

I am looking to be able to e-mail a report, if a particular condition is met within the report, not at the request page.

It looks possible by using the EMail function within the Finish method of the new report app, but I am unsure how to code or what variables to pass.
E-mail address would come from labor table.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I have got one task to generate report in Actuate . aCTUALLY i DID MY PROJECT IN PHP/mYSQL NOW MY BOSS WANT ME TO produce an actuate report on clicking on some link.it will automatically egnerate report by retrieving data from database.Thankx in advnace
