How do I edit the text Remedy sends to the work log?

I want to edit the text Remedy Application Service puts into the work log when an approval process in complete. I cannot find an active link that fires that adds the text to the work log...

This is what it writes:

Approval process complete. Change is approved. Supervisor...

I simply want to add the name of the person that approved it.
