How do i edit the iptables in redhat? 1

I want to paste this line in...
-A INPUT -p tcp -s 207.* -j DROP

I tried
vi /sbin/iptables
but that wasnt the right file.
 
/sbin/iptables isn't a config file it is the file you execute the commands with. So you would want to open a terminal and type /sbin/iptables -A INPUT -p tcp -s 207.* -j DROP
 
You can also take a look at firestarter. It is a graphical interface for gnome that allows you to modify firewall rules using iptables/ipchains.
