Hi I have a header which is of GIF format, basically what I want to do in fireworks 8 is edit the text which is in the header. Is it possible for fireworks to recognise what style and colour was used originally and let me edit it.

Sorry new to fireworks.

Thanks

Dash

No. A gif file is a single layer file - fireworks (or any graphics program) can not separate those elements back out into individual editable components.

How was the original header created?
