how do i download WAV file from tes824 ?

hello,

i connected to the TES824 via the usb connection, i am looking for the audio file of the voice routing( for sales press 1 etc.) i cant find it. i know its there, under what tab on settings can i find it ? . i need to download it and install it on other device.

I am not sure if you can download it.
May be you should have considered using KX-HTS24/32 instead of KX-TES824

You can transfer the ogm/disa in the file menu but it won't be in wav format. There's no way to extract it as wav.

Its possible only to upload wav?
So if i want to change the audio file i need to record it again and upload to the tes824?

Recording is done via the operator handset. You cannot upload a wav unfortunately.

Disa is done by pressing program 9 lift handset dial 1 then 1 for ogm 1 record after tone followed by auto dial/store.

I have done that too. But what happens it (probably) he used the handset to record while playing the audio file he came with.
I have done the same several times and it works. The recording to be played has to be supper clear

The tes824 is disconnected now... if i connect it and 1 of the phones.. can i play the audio and record it ?

You should be able to do that using the Programming phone.
Here we use the KX-T7730 Operator console plugged in Jack EXT 01
