How do I do to find a specific function in API files?

Hi all!!

I need to change my vb project to activate the program (already resident in memory) by pressing a shortcut key. Is there someone to tell me how to do that or some piece of code about it?

You can only use keys if the program is the active program however you can hold down the ALT key and press TAB together until your already running app appears in a small window in the middle of the screen and when you release it, it will be running.
