How do i do glitter images on adobe photoshop?

hi there i was wonderin can anyone help me to do photoshop animation on photoshop imagery ?

i want to make a picture have glitter hearts sparking on it how do i do that?

Have you tried using Imageready?

Just make a series of frames and animate them. You have control over whether you want to stop after a few cycles or carry on.

Just think glitter (check your shapes palette for ideas for "sparkles") instead of rain.
