how do i distribute access database via web

Hi,
I'm new to Access 2000. I have a sample database i'd like to distribute via the web. The database is available for download, but once a user downloads it, they are unable to make any changes. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated

I'm distributing to other DBA's who will need to modify it for their users.

have a look on the status maybe the database is in read only
due to the doqnload transfert.B-)
