I'm new to Crystal and was wondering how i can display only the first 20 records from my database in a bar graph. I've already built the chart and i'm getting data for all 120 records. I need to break this apart for formatting issues into 6 seperate bar graphs each showing 20 records. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That would be dependent upon your version of Crystal, and the database being used, try including technical information in your posts.

Many databases have ID's or row numbers available, so you might be able to create a group based on rounding up the integer portion of the recordid/20 on the database (either using a View, or within some versions of Crystal using a SQL Expression) while retrieving the data.

That way you could group by that and place the graph in the group footer and get 6 different graphs of 20 rows each.
