I have an ASP page that is divided into two forms vertically down the middle. Each form has search criteria that interrogates a database and returns in a listbox a number of companies and their subsidiaries.

My first question is how can I display the list in an expanding/collapsing treeview type fashion (similar to the folders list in windows explorer?)

Secondly, after I have search results in both halves of the page, how can I click on one tree node on one list, and have it inserted as either a parent or child of a node on the other?

At the moment I'm working on a demo/prototype, so I don't need to provide a perfect solution, as long as I can convey some of the functionality.

Can anyone help me with this????
