Hi All ,

First time user here .

Here is what I am trying to accomplish . I have a client who is outpulsing an account code in a vector after I supply them with answere supervision. The call routes ok , but when handled by an Agent , the teleset display isn't showing the Account code its displaying the incomming ANI of the call. Any one out there have any ideas ?.

Caper68,

assign a callr-info button to your agents' phones and make 'em press this button upon answering a call. this will display digits collected in a vector.

Hi Carper68,

2 lines display phone, such as callmaster can display the callr-info on the screen automatically or you can install IP softphone with share control to display the info on your workstation

Hi dwalin,
thanks for the info ,
I added the callr-info key and it worked like a charm . Is there a way to have the digets collected in the vector automatically appear on the teleset so the agents don't have to press a button ? Reason being is that this is only required for a handfull of Agents and i don't want to have to change all of the stations to add this key . If the Agents move to a different location I will have to manage where they sit . We have approxmately 500 stations. The phones I am using are VOIP phones model 4621 . The soft phone idea isn't an option due to costs as ava88 sugested.

Thanks in Advance for your help ...
