We have a customer who wants the name 'EMERGENCY' displayed when their internal emergency nbr is called.
I have set up a test phantom DN 1111 with name 'EMERGENCY' which forwards to MCR DN 2222 on digital desk phones.
When DN 1111 is called, the display of the deskphone shows '1111 CFWD'. How do I get the name 'EMERGENCY' to display?
Is there a better way of doing this? Allowing for the fact I want a simple (easily understood) solution.
(I have already gone thru the hoops of trying to explain why this is not a good idea/label key etc, but customer is adamant).
