how do i disable windows picture and fax viewer

How do i disable windows picture and fax veiwer?
Can i disable the above for all users on the machine?
Can I set another app to veiw pictures by default for all users on the local machine?

Then, I'd think no problem using another prog. I've installed the old MS Photo Editor on several users' XP machines as requested. Worst I had to do is go into Folder Options via Windows Explorer and reset some file associations.

ive tried that but i have multiple users and i have to change the setting for each indevidual user, takes ages.
Is there a way of changing all the accounts together at the same time?
