How do I disable public folder access????????

Is it possible to disable public folder access altogether

If you want to prevent users creating PFs, create a DL (perhaps 'PF Admin') with yourself or another DL; 'Exch Admins' as the member(s). Go to:
Organisation\Site\Configuration - Information Store Site Configuration properties, and Top-level folder creation.
Place the DL in 'Allowed to create top level folders'

Remember that only sites where the PFs are replicated to, will see the contents under 'All Public Folders'
