How do I disable a TTY on an Option 11 Rel. 4? 1

Can anyone tell me how to disable a TTY port on an Option 11, Rel. 4? When I go into LD 37 and enter DIS TTY 13 I get error message IOD314.
Apparently that means I can only disable TTY ports on Card 0 Port 0. Is there a command to disable TTY ports not on card 0 and which load would it be in?

What does it say when you stat it first in 37?

I thought IOD314 was a PTY error?

Do you have OTM or EM? It sounds like TTY 13 is a Pseudo TTY ( PTY ), if so you cannot disable it as it is not physically there.
