I need to change the outbound caller ID for a remote site and I do not know how they are set up (new to the company). I figured the IP network region for that site but am not sure how to trace outbound calls back to the trunk.

Look at the ARS table. You can also use 'list ars route xxxxxxxxxx' to see what route pattern would get picked. Tracing a station would give you definitive results though.

List trace station will give you the trunk used when making the outbound call.

For an active call you can status the station and it will show you what trunk port you are connected with.
