I need a script to determine the drive letter of the CD-ROM drive my companies program is being installed from. Example: Customer puts the CD in CD-ROM G:. I need a script that returns the CD-ROM drive letter G: so I can use the drive letter G:\ later in another part of the install process.

I think that this is the SOURCEDIR property. Should be easy enough to check by getting a DisplayMessage custom action to display the value of the property.

From the SDK help file :
SourceDir Property
The SourceDir property is the root directory containing the source cabinet file or the source file tree of the installation package. This value is used for directory resolution.

Default Value
The directory containing the installation package.

Hope this helps
