How do I delete Porno Web Dialer? 3

Some how we have gotten a program on our computer called Webdialer. It puts a shortcut on your desktop of a topeless girl which is call li-speed00199 and it also adds a shortup to your startup folder. I have tried to uninstaller through add/remove programs but it always comes back when you restart your computer. I dont know much about deleting things in the registry. I have tried using SpyBot S&D and also AdAware programs to no avail. The program comes back when you restart. The exe file it links to is called dlres.exe. It also creates its directory called webdialer under program files and dumps a copy of dlres.exe in windows dir. It is very annoying. Can anyone help?

While you are at it, Click Start - Run - MSCONFIG and clcik the startup Tab.
Uncheck anything you don't want to run and reboot. If the answer is here, mark it, others can benefit from it too.

Try this..Press control alt delete and disable that program.
Then run cleansweep or other remove program software.
Now run Adware or spybot. Delete those refences.

Now do a search for that program name. You'll probably find a few references like sortcuts in your start up menu.
