How do I delete everyone ACE - Should I do it?

Hi I am trying to lock down NT - I have read that I should delete the "everyone" ACE - should I do this?, what should I be aware of in doing this?

I've recently done it myself without problem. Just make sure that you replace it with the minimum permission levels that you want e.g: domain users;
If you are in a domain environment and have any trusts in place and want those domains users to be able to connect, don't forget to add them as well.
