Our Exchange server crashed and we found out that our back up software did not work because we did not have an exchange connector. In efforts to restore our outlook our computer guys created several contact folders that are causing confusion as to which folder to use. three of the folders will not even display. They told me they can not be deleted but i know there is a way to do it. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. The backup tape works great now but i just need to get rid of these orphaned contact folders.

how do I delete contact folders from the outlook address list
