how do i delete an email address

basically you need to contact the administrator for the server.
if the account you want to close is joe@fubar.com either check fubar.com's website for contact information or try either admin@fubar.com or support@fubar.com asking them to close the account
for you email program you just have to go into the settings and find the list of accounts that are being used. In outlook express, it's tools->accounts->mail. just delete the account from there and it's off your system.
