My synchronization is failing due to suspected corrupt mail on the device. I would like to just delete the mail and re-sync. This isn't an option in application loader.
I'm using Notes 5 and Blackbery Desktop 3.6

From your desktop manager, select Backup and Restore, Click Advanced..., Select Messages from the list of Handheld Databases and click Clear.
That should do the trick.
You can also go to the very top of the list of mail messages, highlight today's date, push in the wheel and select "delete prior" which deletes everything before and including that date.
