I have a designjet 1055CM installed on a Windows XP server. I need to define paper size that is not listed in the default paper sizes (for all users who connect to the plotter to use). I know this can be done, because I did it once before on another XP server (I'm blushing here), but I can't remember how I did it.

In the printer properties..... go to Printing Preferences

At the bottom of the paper size, is "Edit Paper List..."

That should get you where you're going.

Just my 2¢

Thanks Greg.

I'm not seeing that option. What driver are you using? I'm using the HP DesignJet 1055CM PS3 driver.

I haven't done this on an XP network (ours is still NT), but I had to define paper using the 'server properties' option in the printers list on the print server itself.
