How do I decipher MSDL201 error?

I am getting a lot of these errors and I have determined which DCH are on MSDL 7 but can someone advise what the last field ending in 8 is telling me?

I plan to get a maintenance window to do a firmware download to the card but wanted to gather all the pertinent information I could.

Could the 8 be the DCH #. Do you have a DCH 8?

on my MSDL card 7 I have DCH 3 and 16

The issue was resolved by resetting the concerned MSDL card with force download command

Thank you for the replies. Have a maintenance window scheduled for next week to reset card. Was just curious about the application field and what it was telling me.
