How do I create vertical lines

I am creating a shipping report that has several columns of data. Rather than using so many horizontal lines, I also need to have vertical lines, possibly in color? How do I create Horizontal lines inbetween specific categories?

Manually draw lines on the report is the only way I know how to do it. Unless you can use a crosstab.
