Hi,
I Was Wondering How I Could Create A VPN Across two offices and what hardware/software i would need a how i would go about doing it.

I Only Need To Be Able To Open Network Shares for our company data and for them to be able to write to a share.
Here is Our Setup:
Office 1 - Main Office - North East
Small Business Server 2003 - Domain Controller
BT 2WIRE HUB - ADSL With Static IP
6 Client Computer's

Office 2 - New Office in London
ADSL Business Broadband
4 Client Computers

Thanks, Sean

Do you need one office to VPN into another, or do you need both offices to be connected at all times? The first is remote access VPN, and the second is site-to-site VPN. I only know how to set up VPN's in Cisco devices, but I think it can be done in the Windows 2003 server...

Hi,

Both Offices Need To Be Connected At All Time's, and I Think It Would have To Be site-to-site vpn.

Thanks for you reply.

Sean

Yes site to site is what you need. Use this router Netgear FVS318, it is easy to config, cost effective and reliable. I use them for a couple locations with out any issues.

Each site should have a static IP but if not than go to dyndns.org and set up an DDNS for each site.
