how do I create a unique "contacts" list for administrations

I'm new to Exhange 2000.

I have been given the task to create a new "Contacts" folder for the ADministrators in our group.

can anyone help me with this task, or give me some insight?
 
We store our Calendar and Contract information in Public Folders. You can create a Public Folder that only Administrators have rights to see. You can then create Calendars and Contacts folders in this folder. When you right mouse click to create a new folder you can choose what will be contained in the folder (Ex: Calendar, Contacts, Journal, Mail, Notes or Tasks).
