How do I create a time period of four months?

Hi!

Does anyone know how to create a customized time category
in Cognos Powerplay Transformer 6.61, in thich the period
starts at the beginning of week number 2 in month number 1,
and ends in the end of week number 2 in month number 4?
(where the month numbers may be any month in the year, i.e.
if month number 1 = March then month number 4 = July etc)
