I have a select that pulls all the data from 2 tables that is needed into one query. I don't want to stack the data on 2 lines.

I want to create a report that is

line 1 vendor name account code xxx xxx
line 2 address1 address2 city state

line 3 vendor name account code xxx xxx
line 4 address1 address2 city state

Thank you :)

Betty the best/easiest/possibly the only way to do this that I'm aware of is by using headers or footers. Group on your vendor name (or whatever you're using as your key grouping such as vendor ID) and place the data items as you'd like in either the header of footer for that grouping.

I've had to layout and create reports that look like forms and this gives you the flexibility to lay things out in a format that works best for you.
