I have created a personnel database in Access that allows management to input various fields into several "forms." I somehow created a report from the input from the form and now can't figure out how to consistently create a form from strictly the information put into the designated form. Any suggestions?

Use the record source of the form as the record source of a report.

Well the record source for the form is just the input of the form. Can you be more specific?

When you look at the form in design view, it is likely that the Record Source property will show a table, query or SQL string. You can cut and paste this to the Record Source of a report. This will mean that the report is based on the same data that the form is based on, from there, printing one record or a group of records is simple enough.
