How do I create a ODBC Text driver

Suppose the text file is disp.txt in c:\temp, what are the steps to be done
to create a text driver and attach it in the crystal

That depends on the OS that you're using, and the type of text file.

Within the Administrative folder of the Control Panel you'll find ODBC settings.

Select a System DSN, scroll through the list for CRText or the MS Text Driver.
