How do I create a Entre Value box ?

I'm trying to design a Add CD's form to my CD collection database. I just need to know how to create a form that when the user enters something into e.g like a text box it enters it into the Table containing all other cd's

Select (NOT open)the table name in tha database window.
Click the dropdown list arrow on the NewObject toolbar button (Rightmost button but one) and select Autoform.

no it needs to be like a in a form like a " Add artist " sort of button so ill have a switch board it will have Mangages cd's > then Add Cd's to collection button > then a new form will appear where the user can add in a new the details needed for a new cd like Title, Artist, Record Label, Year etc...
