I need to create a directory within my 'shared' directory tree. Temporary files are kept in:

c:\my
As users load their own files, I want to keep track of what is loaded and by who so, I want to then create a directory

c:\my
and store files loaded by this user in his/her own directory.

I looked around for a while but cannot find an answer for this one.

Thanks,

Jose Lerebours

i suggest using the php concatenation operator "." rather than +. I am pretty sure that the plus sign would not work in this context.

Thank you very much!!!!

I cannot believe I was not able to find this in
php.net ...

nor I. A search for "create directory" in the php online documentation turned up mkdir() as the first hit.

Oh, I think I did not go to "documentation" ... I stuck to "function list" ... That may explain it.

Thanks,

PS: How about that question I just posted ?? :)
