How do I create a custom how do i create a custom recipient?

I have done it before on another Groupwise server, but can not remember how I did it. I have done it numerous times with Exchange, but just can not remember how to do it in Groupwise?

Anyone has a link or knows exactly how to do it, I would appreciate a reply!

If I understand what you want to do, I think you want to create an external entity. Right click the po and click on create new external entity.

If you want to create an entire post office of external entities, create a foreign domain, and then a foreign PO in it. At that point you add as many external users as you want.
